This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Orders & Products
All orders are subject to product availability.
Because it is made to order, we need 4-7 days to prepare the item. You will receive the package in about 15-30 days. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Our products comes in a box , paper filler and a plastic bag for protection, with a placement card for smaller items and a sticker.
Some hair accessories have small pieces that may become a choking hazard. Don't leave children unattended with items bought in my shop.
All computer monitors are different. I try my best to describe & photograph the product with the greatest detail, however sometimes the product color may vary slightly on screen than in person.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Shipping
If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
We ship worldwide. Shipping price is calculated at checkout. To get an accurate estimate, begin checkout once your cart is ready. The weight of the selected products + your address will produce a few cost options.
If you are an international buyer, please expect a delivery time of 3-4 weeks after your item has been shipped out.
Additional taxes and charges
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
We kindly ask that you double-check and ensure that you provide the correct shipping information at checkout. Roli Accessories cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery or non-delivery of packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to a non-deliverable shipping address entered by the customer, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the package. We cannot issue refunds or send free replacements for packages that were delivered to the "wrong" location due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please place a new order if you still wish to receive the package with the correct shipping information.
***Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order to ensure timely and accurate delivery. If you need to update your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes before the package is shipped.
Delayed/Lost Orders
If your order is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors to see if they have received it by mistake. In some cases, packages may be delivered to the wrong address or show up 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the mail companie provided to you immediately to file a claim. Please note that Roli Accessories is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to provide you with any information you need to help with your claim.
Delivery Policy for Downloadable Digital Products
Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.
If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased.
In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.
Product Availability
We strive to keep all of our items in stock, however, sometimes products may become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refund Policy
Returns
We do not offer returns at this time. All sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at roliaccessoriesshop@gmail.com, and we will assist you to the best of our abilities.

How we Ship:
Our purchased shipping materials are all either recyclable or compostable. Please try to peel
off any tape and stickers from packaging before recycling (we plan to get eco tape and shipping
labels soon)
The occasional non-recyclable packaging or bubble wrap is a re-use of shipping materials we
received in the mail ourselves (in the many instances where we order shop and project supplies).
Re-use if possible before recycling yourself.
Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and content on the website are the intellectual property of Roli Accessories and are protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our images, designs, and content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Please contact us if you would like to use any of our intellectual property.
Changes to Policy
Roli Accessories reserves the right to make changes to the shop policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates or changes.
